What is Virtual ABA Coaching?
ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) Coaching gives caregivers and individuals practical strategies to support learning, communication, behaviour, and independence in daily routines.
A Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A.) designs a plan to help support:
• Communication and social skills
• Daily routines like meals, sleep, and transitions
• Independence and self-help skills
• Reducing challenging situations
• Executive functioning and life skills for teens and adults
• Caregiver confidence in applying strategies in everyday life
Plans are goal-focused, tailored to fit your child’s strengths, and designed for your family’s day-to-day life.
How We Can Help Caregivers
• Caregiver coaching: Learn and practice strategies you can use at home, during travel, or in community settings
• Support for key routines: Sleep, mealtimes, toilet training, and daily transitions
• Skill-building for your child: Communication, play, social interaction, and safety
How We Can Help Teens & Adults
• Executive functioning & life skills: Strategies for planning, organization, task initiation, time, and money management
• Social & self-advocacy skills: Strategies for healthy relationships, making friends and dating, communication, and navigating school, work, or healthcare
• Structured, flexible coaching: We use evidence-based approaches, tailored to your individual goals

Access flexible, online ABA Coaching with an R.B.A., delivered through our secure video conferencing platform. French-language services are also available.
Session Times
Monday to Friday
8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday
8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sessions must be scheduled at a minimum frequency of one session every two weeks.
Pricing
1:1 virtual instruction: $200 per hour
Eligible through Ontario Autism Program (OAP) core clinical services funding and some private insurance providers.
Minimum Commitment
An initial commitment of five one-hour sessions is required. Additional sessions may be booked as needed.
No maximum limit to service hours or duration.
